Common Support Requests
App Issues: Alert issues, Respond, and AED app installation
Information Updates: Coordinator changes, AED location updates, contact info changes
Training: New coordinator orientation, refresher training requests
Equipment: AED device problems, battery replacement, and maintenance questions
